“And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the spirit of our God” I Corinthians 6:11
Our heartbeat is developing one-on-one relationships through which the grace of God can flow.
The Chaplaincy staff visits inmates in segregation cells, prison dormitories, and halls offering friendship, Christian books and Bibles. From these relationships come opportunities for daily interactive influence through peer counseling and personal Bible studies.
Prison can be a lonely place where inmates are broken and in despair. Jesus does reach past those thick walls and his message needs to be heard.
We believe that no one is beyond the power God. Through our partnerships with South Carolina churches we work to meet the spiritual, physical, and personal needs of prisoners and their families, helping them restore their faith in Christ and their community.
