Apprentice Program

As the ministry continues to grow, it is the desire of the board to provide short-term and long-term volunteer opportunities. The Apprentice Program allows the youth, retired individuals and any one with an interest in volunteering to spend four-months to one-year building relationships with inmates and their families.

World Awareness Training in Evangelistic Responsibility (WATER)

In conjunction with the Sharon Mennonite Bible Institute the WATER Program is a short-term 4-week program designed to allow a young person to minister under the supervision of a Carolina Chaplaincy Program staff member.

On-going Training

Recognizing the benefits of continual training for both staff members and volunteers, we strive to offer periodical training programs.
